My family has operated this store for 35-years at this location. We are known through out the Washington D.C. area for our fresh meats, and our homemade Italian Sausage (sold under Nick’s Italian Sausage through-out the east coast, and NFL/Major League stadiums). We manufacture over 10-million pounds of sausage a year at our sausage plant. In our store our butchers still custom-cut steaks to order right in front of the customers the old fashion way.
Last year, we really expanded our BBQ Sauces, Marinades, and spices. What goes better with meat than those items? With chain supermarkets located all around us now, we try to specialize on carrying “hard to find” items. Items that they can’t buy at a chain supermarket. We sell more Cajun/creole items than anyone in the entire area.
On July 4th this year, we sold over 225-cases of IBP Brand, Pork Spare Ribs. That is a lot of ribs! That is why we do so well with BBQ Sauces and marinades. We have had so many requests from out-of-state customers to ship-out our products, our new web site will be up within a month (I hope). It will be nickssupermarket.com when it gets up.

Sorry to be so late getting back to you. This is Jerry from XNA airport (Thrifty) in Bentonville, Arkansas and you provided me a bottle of your sauce. We've cooked chicken, steak and pork and it's fantastic. I'm beginning to be concerned because my bottle has become damn near empty and I hate withdrawals.
How did you do with the followup with WM on the FOB of products? How far do I have to drive to find your product?

This past weekend I went to
parents weekend in Tallahasee for FSU Vs Wake
Forest. We had a cookout and I was introduced to your honey mustard
barbeque sauce, and although not a big fan of honey mustard, it was
excellent.BUT heres the skinny.I got home to Tampa ran to Publix and got
your Spicy Barbeque Sauce, WOW...I am converted! You make some @%% kicking
sauce..just wanted to pass it on and of course I will tell everyone about
your stuff!

I'm a Texan originally, but live in Georgia (last 22 years). Your honey mustard sauce is the best thing to happen to a chicken. The spicy red sauce is good on pork, but I prefer something less sweet for brisket.
I'm a big fan and am constantly sending out links to your web site. I get it at the local Publix market, where it's the highest priced sauce there, and well worth it.
